Not stayed in hotel as I have a home in walking distance, and am the only English man in the village.
Try the local piemontesi menu for a taste of rural Italian cooking especially the set menu of several courses for 30 euro plus local wine. Took two English friends there and they were impressed with the quality & quantity on offer.
Sat outside next to the pesio river which has trout, dragonflies and fire flies depending on season.
